A marketplace for code, built for the people on both sides of it.

OurCodeMarket is where developers sell the things they have already built, and where other developers buy them instead of building them again. Every item is reviewed by a person, licensed properly, and comes with the infrastructure a seller would otherwise have to write themselves.

What we are

A shop, a review process, and the plumbing underneath

Scripts, themes and plugins

Working code you can put into a project today: PHP applications, WordPress themes and plugins, admin templates, mobile UI kits, AI tools. Nothing here is a course or a service.

Reviewed before it is listed

A person checks that the seller had the right to publish it, that it is not carrying anything malicious, and that the page matches the package. It slows sellers down occasionally. It is why buyers can take a chance on an author they have never heard of.

Licensing that actually exists

Every sale issues a real licence and a purchase code a seller's item can verify against our API from any language. Most marketplaces leave that to the seller. We think it is part of the product.

Payouts that reach people

A wallet, a Nigerian bank account in naira, or USDT on two networks. Plenty of developers are locked out of marketplaces by the payout method alone, and that is a solvable problem rather than an acceptable one.

Why we built it

Four things we thought were worth fixing

None of these are novel observations. They are just things that stay broken because fixing them costs the platform something.

01

A cut that never moves

Most platforms set one rate and keep it forever, whether you have sold one item or a thousand. Ours falls from 30% to 15% as your lifetime earnings grow, automatically, and the rate is locked to each sale so nothing is ever recalculated behind you.

02

Money that cannot get to you

A payout method you cannot use is the same as no payout at all. Naira transfers convert at the live rate with no markup applied on the way out, which is not how most platforms handle currency going in the seller's direction.

How payouts work
03

Licence checks that break buyer sites

A licence check that fails closed is a way for one API outage to take down every customer site running your item. Our SDK treats an unreachable server as "carry on", never as "shut down", and hands back a signed token with a grace period so a network blip changes nothing.

04

Rules you find out about afterwards

The refund window, the support obligations, what a licence covers, when earnings clear: all of it is written down and linked from the footer rather than discovered at the point it costs somebody money.

Where we stand

What we will not do

Easier to hold ourselves to in public than in private.

  • Quote numbers we have not earned

We are a new marketplace. You will not find a buyer count on this site, because we have not earned one worth printing. Judge us on the items listed and the terms written down.

  • Ask for exclusivity

Selling here is non-exclusive and always will be. Keep selling on other marketplaces and on your own site. We would rather earn your next listing than lock away your last one.

  • Mark up money going out

We take a margin on the exchange rate when a customer pays in naira. We do not take one when paying a seller. Those are different things and we are not going to blur them.

  • Promise uncrackable licensing

No licence check running on somebody else's server can be made uncrackable. Anyone selling you that is selling you something. What licensing does is keep honest buyers honest and stop one sale becoming fifty, which is worth doing properly.

  • Change the deal retroactively

Commission rates are recorded per sale and licences are issued on the terms in force at the time. A change to either applies from then on, never backwards.

Who runs it

BonViser Digital, part of Domzivo

OurCodeMarket is operated by BonViser Digital and shares its account system with Domzivo, where the same login also covers domains and hosting. One account, whichever side of it you need.

We are a small team. That shows up in the good way, in that a person reads every support request and every report, and in the honest way, in that a reply can land outside your working hours.
