Is it about how an item works? That is the seller's to answer, and they know their code. Use Ask the seller on the item in My licences instead. It reaches them with your licence and purchase code attached, and their reply appears in My requests.

Is it about your account, a payment, or a download? That is ours. You are in the right place.

Your password, or a full card number. We will never ask for either. A purchase code is fine here, since this is private, but never post one in a public comment.
