Payout policy
PayoutsThis policy covers the money side of selling: how your share is calculated, when it becomes withdrawable, and how it reaches you. It sits alongside the seller terms.
In short: your share is fixed at the moment of each sale, it clears after 21 days, and you can withdraw anything from $20 upward to a wallet, a Nigerian bank account, or USDT on two networks.
Earnings clear 21 days after the sale, then become withdrawable. That window is what lets a refund or a chargeback be settled against the balance rather than chased after the money has left, which is a far better experience than being asked to send money back.
21 day clearing
Per sale, so on steady sales money clears every day rather than monthly.
$20 minimum
Below that, transfer fees eat a real share of the amount.
Four methods
Domzivo wallet, Nigerian bank transfer, or USDT on TRC20 or BEP20.
Live rate, no markup
Naira payouts convert at the rate we see. We do not mark up money going out.
01 How your earnings are calculated
On each sale we take the platform fee for your seller level and credit you the rest, between 70% and 85%.
The rate is recorded against the sale at the time of sale. A change to the ladder, or you moving up a level, never reaches back and recalculates what you have already earned, in either direction.
Your share is worked out on the item price. Taxes a buyer's country adds at checkout are not part of the sale price and do not come out of your share. Payment processing is already inside the platform fee. The full ladder is in the seller terms.
02 Cleared and pending balances
Your dashboard shows two figures, and the difference matters:
- Cleared has passed its hold period and can be withdrawn now
- Pending is inside the 21 days, shown with the date each part clears
The clock runs per sale rather than per month, so once you have a steady stream of sales you have money clearing every day.
03 The 21 day hold
Every sale sits as pending for 21 days before becoming withdrawable.
The reason is refunds. If earnings were payable immediately, a refund approved a week later would mean asking you to send money back, or chasing it. Holding briefly means it is simply deducted from a balance you have not drawn yet.
We may extend the hold on a specific sale where there is an open dispute, a chargeback, or a suspected fraudulent payment. That is per transaction, not to your balance as a whole, and we will tell you why.
04 The minimum payout
The minimum withdrawal is $20. Transfers cost money to send, through banks and across chains, and below that the fee starts to take a meaningful share of the amount.
Anything under the minimum simply stays in your balance and goes out with the next request. Nothing expires and nothing is lost.
05 The four payout methods
You choose per payout, so you are not locked into one.
Domzivo wallet
Instant, no fee, spendable across Domzivo. The fastest of the four by a distance, and the obvious choice if you also buy services there.
Nigerian bank transfer
Paid in naira to a Nigerian bank account. This method is naira only, so it requires a Nigerian account. See the conversion section below.
USDT on TRC20
USDT over the Tron network. Low network fees and fast confirmation, which makes it the usual choice for regular withdrawals.
USDT on BEP20
USDT over BNB Smart Chain. Choose it if that is where the rest of your holdings already are.
06 How the naira amount is worked out
At the live rate on the day the payout is requested, and your dashboard shows you the exact naira figure before you confirm.
We do not apply a markup to money going out. This is worth stating plainly because it is not how most platforms work. We do apply a margin on the rate when money comes in, when a customer pays in naira. We do not apply one when paying you. Your payout converts at the rate we see.
Your balance is held in dollars and only becomes naira at the moment you withdraw, so the naira value of the same balance differs from day to day. That is the exchange rate moving, not a change in what you earned. Nothing expires, so if the rate looks poor and you are not in a hurry, wait.
If a live rate is unavailable when you request, we will not guess one. The payout waits rather than converting at a number we cannot stand behind.
07 Crypto addresses and networks
Check the network before you paste an address. USDT sent over the wrong network cannot be recovered by us, by your exchange, or by anyone else. This is the one thing on this page that can permanently cost you money.
We validate the shape of the address, which catches a typo and catches an address pasted for the wrong chain. A TRC20 address and a BEP20 address are structurally different and we will refuse one given for the other.
What validation cannot catch is a perfectly valid address that simply is not yours. Copy and paste it, never retype it, and check the first and last characters against your wallet before confirming.
You are responsible for the destination details you give us. A transfer completed to the address you entered is a completed payout.
08 Processing times and fees
- Domzivo wallet: immediate
- USDT: normally within the hour once sent
- Bank transfer: follows normal banking hours, so one requested on a Friday evening may not move until Monday
We do not charge a fee to withdraw. The network fee on a crypto transfer is charged by the network rather than by us, which is why TRC20 tends to be cheaper than BEP20. Your own bank may apply a receiving charge, which is between you and them.
Requests are reviewed before release. A first payout, an unusually large one, or one to newly changed details may take longer while we check it.
09 Refunds, chargebacks and negative balances
Where a refund is approved under the refund policy, the amount comes out of your balance, including your share of it.
Where your balance cannot cover it, the shortfall is carried and offset against future earnings. We will tell you when that happens rather than letting you discover it at your next payout.
A chargeback is deducted in the same way once resolved against us. Where an account shows a pattern of chargebacks or fraudulent orders, we may hold payouts while we investigate.
10 Tax
You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold tax on your behalf and we do not provide tax advice.
Your dashboard records every sale, the rate applied and every payout, which is what you need for your own accounting. If your jurisdiction requires anything further from us, ask and we will tell you what we can provide.
11 When we can withhold a payout
We may delay or withhold a payout where:
- There is an open dispute, chargeback or refund investigation
- We suspect fraud, account takeover, or payments made with stolen cards
- An item is under review for infringing someone's rights
- The payout details appear to belong to someone else
- We are required to by law
A hold is not a forfeiture. Where the matter resolves in your favour the balance is released. We tell you the reason and what would resolve it.
12 Closing your store
Cleared earnings remain payable to you if you close your store, subject to the hold period and any outstanding refunds. Withdraw them in the normal way.
Closing a store stops new sales but does not end your obligations to buyers who already hold a licence. See the seller terms.
13 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and material changes will be announced on the blog and to sellers directly.
Commission rates already recorded against past sales are never changed retrospectively.
