Seller terms

To sell here you need a registered account in good standing, a confirmed email address, and an approved seller application. We review applications and may decline one without giving a detailed reason.

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country and to license the work you publish. If you are selling on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

One person or company, one seller account. Additional accounts created to evade a suspension, manipulate rankings or post reviews are grounds for closing all of them.

You keep full copyright and ownership of everything you publish. Nothing here assigns your work to us.

By listing an item you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute and promote it, and to show extracts of it in marketing, for as long as the item is listed and for as long as we must continue serving it to people who have already bought it.

That last part matters: if you withdraw an item, we keep serving it to existing licence holders, because they paid for downloads and updates that do not expire. See the download policy.

Selling here is non-exclusive. You may sell the same item elsewhere unless you have separately agreed otherwise with us.

You may

• Publish work you created, or work you hold clear rights to redistribute and license on these terms
• Bundle third party components whose licences permit redistribution in a commercial product
• Set your own prices, licence tiers and support window per item
• Update, reprice or withdraw an item at any time

You may not

• Publish work you do not hold the rights to, including anything bought, scraped or taken from another marketplace
• Bundle components whose licences forbid redistribution
• Include malware, backdoors, undisclosed telemetry, injected links, hidden advertising or anything that phones home without saying so on the item page
• Ship obfuscated or encrypted code, beyond a licence check disclosed on the item page
• Misrepresent what an item does, or use screenshots and demos that do not reflect the package
• Publish an item that requires a further payment elsewhere to function as advertised

Bundled dependencies are the most common way sellers get this wrong. A licence that permits use does not always permit redistribution, and giving the result away free does not cure it. See the free items policy.

Every item, and every update to a published item, is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Review covers your rights to the work, security, whether the item does what its page claims, code quality, and completeness including installation instructions.

We may decline an item, require changes, or remove a published item. A rejection always comes with the reason, there is no penalty for resubmitting, and there is no limit on attempts.

Review is a quality gate, not a warranty. Passing review does not make us responsible for your code, and it does not transfer liability for it to us.

You set your own prices, including zero. We take a platform fee from each sale and you keep the rest.

Levels move automatically on lifetime earnings, which is your share after the platform fee, across everything you have sold here. Levels do not go down.

Every sale records the rate it was sold at. A rate change never reaches back and alters what you have already earned, in either direction. Where you have separately agreed a custom rate with us, that rate applies instead and your badge still moves with your earnings.

We may change the standard ladder on notice. Sales already made are unaffected.

Earnings clear 21 days after the sale, then become withdrawable. The minimum payout is $20, and you may withdraw to a Domzivo wallet, a Nigerian bank account in naira, or USDT on TRC20 or BEP20.

The hold exists so that a refund or a chargeback can be settled against your balance rather than chased after the money has left. Where your balance cannot cover a refund we have had to make, we may offset it against future earnings.

You are responsible for your own taxes, and for the accuracy of the payout details you give us. A transfer sent to a destination you entered incorrectly, in particular a crypto address on the wrong network, cannot be recovered by us. Full detail is in the payout policy.

The support window shown on an item is a commitment, and for paid items it is part of what the buyer is paying for. Within that window you agree to respond to reasonable requests in a reasonable time.

Support covers bugs in your item, help installing it on an environment you say you support, questions about shipped functionality, and problems introduced by your own updates. It does not oblige you to do custom development, install the item for the buyer, or fix code they wrote on top of yours. See the item support policy.

Persistent failure to answer buyers inside a window they paid for is a breach of these terms, and is one of the few things that reliably leads to items being unpublished.

• Manipulating ratings, reviews or sales figures, including through additional accounts or by asking for reviews in exchange for anything
• Buying your own items to inflate sales
• Contacting buyers for anything other than supporting the item they bought
• Using buyer data for marketing, or passing it to anyone else
• Abusive or harassing conduct toward buyers, other sellers, or our staff
• Attempting to take a transaction off the platform to avoid the platform fee

Buyer details you receive exist so you can support that buyer. Treat them as confidential and see the privacy policy.

Where a refund is approved under the refund policy, the amount comes out of your balance, including your share of it. We will normally ask for your account of the problem first, and most refund requests are resolved by you fixing the item instead.

You are responsible for the items you publish. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your items, including claims that they infringe someone's rights or caused loss to a buyer.

We act as the marketplace and the merchant of record for the transaction. We do not warrant your code, and nothing here makes us the author of it.

We may unpublish an item or suspend a seller account where we believe these terms have been breached, where an item infringes someone's rights or presents a security risk, or where conduct is harming buyers. Serious cases, in particular publishing work that is not yours or shipping malicious code, may be actioned immediately and permanently.

You may close your store at any time. Doing so stops new sales. It does not end your obligations to buyers who already hold a licence, and we will continue serving their downloads and any updates you publish.

Cleared earnings remain payable to you on closure, subject to the hold period and any outstanding refunds.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be announced on the blog and to sellers directly. Continuing to sell after a change means you accept it.

Commission rates recorded against past sales, and licences already issued to buyers, are never changed retrospectively.
