Which purchases are not refundable?
The pattern is simple: if the item does what it said it does, the sale stands.
Not grounds for a refund
- Changing your mind, or no longer needing the item.
- Buying the wrong item by mistake, or buying the wrong licence tier.
- Buying without reading the description, requirements or supported versions.
- Your environment. The item does not run on a setup it never claimed to support.
- Lack of skill to use it. Items here are developer tools and assume you can work with the language they are written in.
- You already modified it substantially, then found a problem.
- Wanting a feature it never claimed to have.
- Not liking the code style, the structure, or the design.
- Asking more than 30 days after purchase.
- An item you have already been refunded for once.
The grey area
Some cases sit in between, usually where the description was thin enough that a reasonable person could have read it your way. We look at what the item page actually said, what the demo showed, and what happened when you raised it with the seller. If the listing was genuinely misleading, that is on the seller, and it is one of the things we fix at the listing level as well as for you.
Read before you buy
Check the requirements, look at the live preview, read the recent comments, and check the support window. Two minutes there prevents most of the cases on this page. Full terms are in the refund policy.
