A quiet month is not automatically a problem. A quiet quarter, on an item that used to sell, is. Work out which of these it is before you change anything.
It never sold
That is a discovery or a positioning problem, not a decline. Your title, your first screenshot and your opening line are the things to fix, in that order.
It sold and stopped
Something changed. Usually one of:
- A newer competitor arrived and is more visible
- Your item now looks dated beside what is around it
- Your last update was long enough ago that buyers assume abandonment
- The underlying platform moved and yours reads as behind
The cheapest thing that works
Ship an update. Not a rewrite: a real fix, a compatibility note for the current platform version, a changelog entry with today's date. An item that was updated this month reads as alive, and that alone moves buyers who were hesitating.
Then refresh the shopfront
New screenshots taken against the current version, a first line rewritten for how people search now, and a demo that is not two versions behind. Nothing about the code changes and the item is a different proposition.
When to let it go
If the platform it is built on is genuinely dying, the honest move is to stop selling it rather than keep taking money for something with no future. Existing buyers keep their licences, and your name stays worth something.
